About The Hiring Puzzle
Like a lot of leaders and entrepreneurs, we didn’t choose hiring, it chose us.
Our organization was growing and people needed to be hired. We had no idea where to start or what to do, but we knew how important a great team would be. We committed to making sure we brought the right people onboard. People who were aligned with our purpose and had the ability to take us where we wanted to go.
We read a lot of resources, listened to podcasts, talked to mentors…curating hundreds of hours of content, shaping it to fit our organization, applying what we learned to dozens of hires. Once other saw the success of our hiring process and wanted to learn for themselves, The Hiring Puzzle was born.

Founder
Matt Svoboda
Matt Svoboda is the founder and CEO of CFPO Consulting and The Hiring Puzzle. He has been married to his wife Meredith since 2007, has three kids, received his MBA from SMU, and has called Nashville home since 2011.
Matt began his leadership journey as an executive at a fast growing organization for nearly a decade. In this role, he found his greatest passion is helping others build great teams and his greatest skill is being able to align an organization's strategy with their people operations. This led to him starting CFPO Consulting and now bringing The Hiring Puzzle to the table.
